By accessing or using Go Passport Photo (gopassportphoto.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Go Passport Photo is provided as a 100% free web utility designed to format, crop, alignment-check, and tile passport and visa photos onto standard 4x6 inch (4R) photo print layouts.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official government entity, including the U.S. Department of State, UK HM Passport Office, Indian Passport Authority, or any embassy, consulate, or passport issuing office worldwide.

03. Biometric Compliance & User Responsibility

While our preset templates accurately reflect published dimensions (such as US 2x2 inch, UK 35x45mm, Schengen visa, etc.), the final compliance of your passport photo is your sole responsibility. You must ensure that:

Your physical portrait meets lighting, head tilt, neutral expression, eye height, and background requirements specified by your target authority.
When printing at photo labs (e.g. Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, or home photo printer), select "4x6 inch (4R) Borderless Photo Print" without enabling automatic print cropping or auto-resizing.
You inspect printed photo dimensions with a physical ruler before submitting official government applications.

04. Usage License & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership rights to all photos you upload and process using Go Passport Photo. We grant you a free, non-exclusive license to use our web interface to generate and download photo sheets for personal, family, or commercial printing purposes.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, attempt to decompile, or launch automated bot traffic against our web interface, code assets, or stylesheets without prior written authorization.

05. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

GO PASSPORT PHOTO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FREEDOM FROM ERRORS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GO PASSPORT PHOTO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING APPLICATION DELAYS OR REJECTIONS BY PASSPORT AGENCIES.
